On behalf of the organising committee of the 12th Dubai World Dermatology and Laser Conference and Exhibition - Dubai Derma 2012, I am honoured to welcome you all to this annual event held under the auspices of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance and President of the Dubai Health Authority.
