Abstract Submission - Guidelines

Abstracts must be submitted in English language:
Important: Any person submitting an abstract can only be the fist author for one abstract.

Abstract content and format:
Abstracts should be structured and consist of the following parts:

Introduction or Aims – should be informative and brief, stating why the study was conducted.
Material & Method – stating the locale, number and type of human subjects, non-human species or material being studied, the principal test(s) held, and the types of statistical analysis if appropriate;
Results – confirming or confuting the hypothesis, backed up by statistics if appropriate;
Conclusions – indicating the effect of the study on patient management, our understanding of basic processes with the organism, or the way in which we teach students or patients.

Start with Introduction, followed by Material, Results and Conclusion. Do not leave a blank line between paragraphs. The text must be a maximum of 250 words.

Abstracts should reach the Congress Organizers no later than January 31, 2011.

Please Note :

  • Once abstract submitted by any of the above methods, should not be resubmitted by other methods.
  • No corrections, additions & deletions will be allowed once the abstracts are accepted for presentation.
  • The submitted abstract should match the categories mentioned in the abstract form.
  • Summary of CV to be sent alongwith the abstract form. CV should contain your current photograph and present designation.
  • Abstracts will not be accepted for evaluation without the abstract form.

Submission Deadline and General Policies:

The authors will be notified regarding acceptance of their abstracts and the type of presentation by February 28, 2011.
